Working out as a group can have major health benefits – from making sure you show up, to pushing you through that last set.
At The Fitness Truck, we offer private group training, with up to six people in a session. Simply get your group together, and let us know when you’d like to workout.
If needed, we can help out with a location too – we have use of a large private facility, so you’ll have plenty of space to train (without an audience!)
Let us know if you’ve got a goal in mind – perhaps a few of you are doing a charity event, or maybe you’re shredding for a wedding? Whatever you’re aiming for, we’ll help you get there.
Every session will be slightly different to keep things varied. We’ll mix it up, using resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and everything in between! We’ll show you how to get the best from every session, whatever level you’re working at. We keep it high energy and lots of fun – we want to see you smiling!
You tell us when, and our Trainers will come and meet your group, bringing a Fitness Truck fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a great workout
We limit our small group training to a maximum of six people. We do this to make sure everyone has enough space, and our trainers can check everyone’s form and technique properly.
Let us know what’s important. For some of our groups, it’s simply a case of having a regular slot each week to meet up and keep fit. Are you training for a charity race? Have you got a big holiday coming up? We’ll work with you to smash your goals.
Let’s be realistic; you’re only going to stick at working out if you’re enjoying it! We make sure every week is a bit different so whether it’s slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells or a bodyweight HIIT session, you won’t get bored!
