Whilst there are many health benefits to regular exercise, we want to ensure that we deliver our sessions in a way that keeps you safe. For most people, physical activity shouldn’t pose any problems, but it is sensible to assess the risks before you increase your levels of physical activity. Whether your training is in-person or via video call, we ask everyone aged 15+ to complete our PAR-Q form before starting to train with The Fitness Truck.
The PAR-Q is designed to identify the small number of adults for whom physical activity may prove inappropriate, or those who should seek medical advice before participation.
